Views:
Labels represent Post-it labels which can be set for assets. For example, a label could be called Needs maintenance or Checked. Labels are shown, for example, on the Assets page and in an asset's information.

You can access the Labels page from the menu in the upper right corner.

 

Adding a new label

  1. Click New label on the upper right corner of the Labels page.

  2. Give a name for the label and choose a color.

  3. Show as alert setting highlights the label on asset list (see the image below).

The image below shows how the labels are presented on the Assets page. The red and yellow labels have the Show as alert setting on.
