You can find Check out and Check in features by selecting Perform action on the Asset menu. You can access an asset's menu by scanning the tag attached to the asset or searching the asset from the asset list.
Checkin/out is creating a usage in the system, when making a reservation for an asset will the system check its status.
transfer is changing the default location of the asset.
Check an asset out
Check out feature changes the asset's status to In use.
Tap the Perform action button and select Check out.
Fill in a return date.
Fill in a description of the usage (optional).
Tap the Check out button.
Check an asset in
Check in feature changes the asset's status to Available.
Tap the Perform action button and select Check in.
Select a location to which you'll return the asset.
Tap the Check in button.
